Second Visit:
Implementation & Education (2 hours)

  • Provide workstation adjustments and training.
  • Optimize the sleep environment with actionable steps.
  • Develop a personalized fitness plan and demonstrate basic exercises.
  • Review and implement the nutritional food plan, including meal prep and pantry organization.
Third Visit:
Follow-Up & Adjustments (2 hours)

  • Address progress, challenges, and changes in the patient’s health or environment.
  • Adjust recommendations based on feedback and lab test results (if applicable).
  • Provide additional education or resources as needed.
